What orientation should I give to my most recent artwork? Minimalist black and white art by artist Isabelle Gautier

As I was looking at this piece I realize it could be read as the  Roman Number "9",    





but I went around since I paint laying  the canvas on my floor and it became an "11". 




SO i began juxtaposing them with photoshop to make it "911"

It became an even more powerful artwork.
